Big Scoop Cafe is a Ahmedabad based brand which was establised in 2020 after our founder Mr. Anish Thankachen was a regular Bubble tea drinker in Hong Kong. He found that the concept of Bubble tea was not available in india. Teaming up as partner with Mr. Vasanth Kumar who is well known for his coffee knowledge and cup tasting while working with Cafe Coffee Day and Havmor Ice Cream. Both of them having wide knowledge in the industry, came up with a brand selling coffee, icecream and bubble tea under one roof. The Bubble Tea drink is based on popular Taiwanese Bevereages, Often made with tapioca pearls known as bubbles and a milk based teas. Big Scoop Cafe brand has developed it to make it more popular with Indian Audience with introducing a range of fruit and sweet flavours, fruit flavoured pearls and diverse menu. The Big Scoop Cafe also offer Sundaes, Ice Cream, Coffees and quick food with new look & trend led appeal, Big Scoop Cafe is popular between family destination.
